Recently I mentioned a football post was coming and wanted to follow through..although I’m not so sure who all out there will appreciate the school spirit but here goes anways… :>)
From birth I was destined to go to the University of Alabama, mostly due to my parents who are h/u/g/e AL football fans but also because it was where we always called home-Tuscaloosa, AL-when we were moving all over the USA. This year the football team went undefeated to the SEC Championships and beat the Florida Gators and then went on to beat the Texas Long Horns at the BCS National Championships. We also had one of our own, Mark Ingram, win the Heisman Trophy which is a huge honor for everyone. This year’s football season will truly go down in history. Here are some of the outfits I sported while watching my favorite team kick ass///
vintage dress, boots, & shades…anthro tights…and Mom’s
Bear Bryant hat.
out at Lake Tuscaloosa
Stopped by my old sorority house, Zeta Tau Alpha, where I partook in old southern tradition for all of one semester before pulling out and doing my own thing…
1st game of the season was next door at the Georgia Dome, we had a tailgate at the house which included blueberry & apple moonshine!
for a different game, DP and I rode our bikes downtown to the Alabama alumni restaurant The Hudson Grille for wings and beer. ride was much easier on the way :>)
sweatshirt//volcom, jeans//F21, boots//vintage, purse//michael kors, shades//vintage
**for laughing purposed only**
mom bought my brothers and I snuggies for Christmas, i must say
…pretty convenient but overall cheap quality.
for the National Championships we battled the snowy weather to catch the game with fellow alumni.
snow ended up getting kinda heavy (for Georgia) and stuck around for about 7 days.
UO jacket, Essential Classics scarf, True Religion Jeans, Aldo boots, vintage Coach purse (found at a hole-in-the-wall junk shop somewhere in Alabama for $2.00!!!)
BCS National Championships 2010!
the mega trophy!
Mom, Dad, Buck & Brad went to Pasadena, CA to see the game…I missed out due to the job but oh well, I’ll be seeing California soon-come April for Coachella!! Line-up announced today and goodnessss-AWESOME!

ok, well I’m done with all the football chit chat, thanks for sticking that through! I did want to share this part of my life, although it only occurs a couple months out of the year the pride is always there. especially if your a winner.
*am I shit talking? think so…haha…it’s all in good fun.. hope I’m not offending any other die hard fan out there
