today DP and I had brunch at java jive on Ponce where we enjoyed delicious buttermilk pancakes w/cinnamon butter and a mochachinno. the small restaurant was filled with the best 30’s-70’s kitchenware/vintage decor, I was in heaven! afterwards we bought some wall hardware and hung our shelves and spiced up the dinning room with some of my own vintage decor. for dinner we cooked up the fresh salmon-in parchment paper, asparagus, and jalapeno cheese grits that we picked up at the whole foods that we just discovered, major jackpot having that close! along with chilling out and watching a movie or two, we got in a little frisbee time and some housework accomplished. overall a grrand sunday!
