while on a caffeine infused Alexa Chung browsing rant i came across these photos on The Fashion Spot from May 2009. even though they are from a few years back this outfit is still stylish-would you expect anything else from Miss Chung? doubt it.
as my bangs are slowly but surely growing out and temperatures are just as slowly on the rise-im extremely tempted to go short short. don’t know if i’d want to cut my hair quite this short but close, and i have plans to get some lighter color added to the bottoms as well. while reading some forums i’ve noticed that not everyone is in love with the Balayage look-what do you think, like or dislike?

i’ve spotted a couple of these long, oversized jackets in stores and wondered if it could be pulled off. and the answer is YES. the right person can sport any look, this is definitely a tricky one, but damn-soGOOD!

OLSOLIVE 2010
what a fabulous festival outfit, the tights//sock layering is real creative!
found a really great vintage “Shane” acid-washed bag recently through BodegaATL and its now become my sidekick. love the softness, toting capability and great vintage color-so dreamy!
it’d be real cool to DIY myself a pair of jeans, been researching the process and it doesn’t seem to hard. any of you all try acid-washing?.?.

Atlanta inTOWN

inTOWN
remember the post “Biker Chic” i did a little while back ((??)) well the photographer Cameron was given the opportunity to post in the Atlanta InTown some of his street style photos and through a friend telling me that he spotted me ((Thanks Michael!!)) in the article, i discovered my very first “feature” in a REAL publication! though LadyFLASHBACK.com isn’t given a real shout out, i’m still flattered as hell that my photo appeared for a couple weeks in the InTown.
ecstatic to share this article with you all, just had to take it off the fridge and do some scanning so it was put off, but nonetheless-YAY, thrilled!!
happy PRE-halloween,
jess.
